Dala horse
Create playful works of art with the Dala horse pottery stamp and cutter. Use it to make pendants, wall hangings, candle holders, vases, and more.
You can freely choose between a cookie cutter, the stamp image, both, and even the direction in which the horse is looking - this is important if you want to make a three-dimensional horse from clay to later make, for example, a candlestick.
The direction indicated is the one you are looking towards. If you are looking at the stamp pattern and the horse is facing left, then the stamped clay impression will face right.
The same applies to the cookie cutter: if the horse faces left when you look at it, the cut-out horse faces right.
I stamp first, then I use the cutter - that way I can be sure that the stamp doesn't get stuck on the horse and lift it up.
The size indicates how wide the horse is. A width of approximately 9cm corresponds to a height of approximately 8.5cm, a width of approximately 12cm corresponds to a height of approximately 11cm, and a width of 17cm corresponds to a height of approximately 16cm.
